New trail bit me last night, superman stylee over the bars, nice soft landing a few grazes on my elbow but all good. 8)

I'm in Hastings, sometimes in Hooe always riding a bike anyway :)

Hows the conditions at Bedgebury at the moment? Haven't been for ages and would love to get back there, weather permitting.

Mainly the section between Lewes and Arundal - both have good rail links if I feel a bit unfit (which is often).

Mainly start at Jack and Jill windmills and follow my nose...

ok, cool. Let us know when you're next planning one, there's more than a few of us who can get there, or meet you on the way. My backyard is pretty much Angmering Park Estate & directly north of me on the SDW is halfway between Kithurst and Rackham hills
