Okay.... How long does it take when an average amount of nattering is included? :)

start 10.30ish then lunch about 1ish back to station by 3.30ish from memory

25 mls, so ambling along and having a chat, pics, beer etc is about right. Could be faster if you want to blaze a trail....we are old men though :roll:

Then their is looking for the lost in the woods :lol: , punctures etc :x photo moments :D
Remember not to eat to much at lunch other wise the return route will be very slow going.
But their will be moments of speed :lol:

I'm not bothered about going fast -- I'm just obsessed with getting back home in time for Sunday dinner! :lol:

dunno about always a slowish one. I did the majority of that loop and rode there and back on road last sunday and did it in two and a quarter hrs.
