Basically Bovril is running a competition to decide where to spend £100000, and Leith Hill is one of the options. We're currently 18th :( So get voting :D
Summary of their plan:

Etherly Farm is a MTB friendly campsite at the foot of Leith Hill. The National Trust are bidding for a grant through the 'Bovril Outdoor revival' scheme to help build a dedicated skills trail on site. The grant will be part of a wider MTB initiative at the site which will include a new 1.5 mile single-track descent to the site from Leith hill, showers, bike washes and many of the other facilities that are not on offer within the Surrey Hills. Back the bid (and the NT's progressive attitude to MTB) by registering your vote for 'Leith Hill' at the Bovril Outdoor Revival site. Spread the word through your social networking sites, twitter etc and help get this project of off the ground.

Not sure i want Leith hill to become like so many other cycle parks. I like it as it is. So wont be voting for it
