ride : ambling along Brighton seafront, on retro bikes (preferably), families welcome
route : tbd, but between Shoreham and Rottingdean, to include cake stops
start : eastern end of Western Esplanade, adj King Alfred Leisure Centre car park
time : Sunday 19 September, 10.15 for 10.30
leader : TheGreenRabbit

Sounds like either would do fine.

I was tempted to say whatever you have on your Breezer, but anything you bring out of that list would grace the occasion nicely!

I have some slick race style tyres on my 89 stumpjumper as alternate wheels on lx hubbed specialized rims..don't think they will take much punishment..good on the flat though..
