ok, need another IOW ride.

having checked the national calendar and my work rota this is the only sunday available to me so i'm sorry if this date doesn't work for everyone.

anyway, usual story, meet at 930am for the ferry from the lymington terminal, the ferry usually leaves at 10am so this should provide adequate faffing time and also enough time for Gus to decide which pair of socks he will be wearing and which he will be carrying. ;)

i'd recommend a geared bike as opposed to singlespeed unless you are superstrong as the IOW is hilly, the route will probably be the usual ride of approx 26miles with a pub stop for food.

the banter is always good but bad, and i hope to see a few new faces, but don't expect race pace as this is always a social ride.

ticket price is getting a bit high i will admit but the ride is worth it! £13.80

so come on, drag your bum out for a good ride on the island! :D

I'm working that day but IoW ride is worth using an annual leave day.... so consider me there brothers (unless of course I'm declined leave, in which case I'll be at work sulking like a bitch).

sorry buddy, i am stuffed date wise because of work. the only other date i could do is in 2 weeks and i was hoping for a good turn out hence publicising in advance. also i have had to book a day off for this one.
