Ashton Court, Leigh woods and the rain?

I think they are OK. My daughter rode Leigh Woods yesterday and didn't mention any problems.
Getting there might be fun though, as apparently the Portway was flooded on Saturday night.
This is the Portway that runs alongside the river Avon and under the Clifton suspension bridge...how the flip does a road next to a massive tidal river flood?
