well, what was supposed to be a dry ish ride turned very different lol, woke up to about 4-5 inches of snow!
undeterd i picked lewis1066 up and we slowly made our way to the meeting pojnt,a pub :D for about 10 oclock.

we met chrisv40 in the carpark and got ready for the days ride,we set of down a lane that we maybe shouldnt of but nay mind its sunday lol.we met ben, fluffychicken at the second spot and made our way through some lovely woodland and hilly countryside.the snow was fun but very much hard work, given i was modern with chunky tyres didnt help but i was comfy

the ride was , in a word........ace! not to hard and not to easy, the bikes were ace,the trail was cool and new to me and the banter spot on. we only had 2 mechanicals as well, both dave.1st brakes binding then a puncture.

after a good 4-5 hours riding we made our decent down the illegal road  and produced some epic 90s skids in the snow before returning to the carpark

overall well chuffed we made the effort with the weather turning and was rewarded with good times by all, cheers to dave for the original brigg bimble going well off topic and the ben and chris for showing us there local haunts, cheers fellas, loved it! :D

however, not riding a fullish without spds again,my upper legs are killing me lol, hopefully pics to follow from the others :D

Larger picture with more details available.

Myself waiting for the rest to turn up, even went for a quick test down the track and through the forest to see what it's like.

We did try to ride up this, it's no where near as flat as it looks and from memory certainly not easy when you're very fit youngster even in the dry.

Apparently this sometimes happens.

Top day out have to do it again soon, hopefully in slightly better conditions

Top marks to the Lincs lads for turning out the roads were pretty dodgy to say the least.

Couple more pics, off my phone so a bit crappy.
