Right, I have now officially signed up for my first Mayhem, all a bit nerve racking but hopefully my beautiful 'new' Beast of the East will see me through (Cannondale King will approve). The best Xmas gift and definitely a shove in the right direction...
...anyway as a newbie all advice and tips about how to handle the course would be much appreciated....I anticipate being slow but hey I am taking part, not just heckling this year!
So, to all you guru's and past participants, please help me in anyway you can....
