Excellent ride, even being the imposter on a slick-shod MTB.

Not often you get to see a bike change gear with a screwdriver, several miles before the uphills!

Thanks for organising the ride and making it a good laugh.

I thought it was the energy gel that had that catastrophic effect on my digestion, too much fructose etc. So it was the tea all along eh?

Is the french velo re-geared yet?
