Right, the bike is cleaned, bolts tightened, and Im hydrating myself with merlot.

Will the postcode only be enough for sat nav to find LGF HQ???

Postcode is unique to LGF. Actually it will find the road, house is on the left with a VW Passat on the front lawn. Or, look for blokes who shouldn't be wearing lycra at their age.
