I was planning on having a gentle ride this weekend, for me to see how it goes, maybe just road and try some offroad. Nothing I know of planned for the 20th.

No idea how long ligaments (which I think it is and doctor seems to imply) take to mend.

I stretched the ligaments in my shoulder and i was 3 months before i was repaired...
