yes Hi guys so glad you could join us. Many thanks Ed your a star :shock:

I to started training last night with a glass of wine, training more for the time off the bike, I managed a glass of white in 2 mins without stopping, I am going to try a red tonight but I may try a slower pace and have a crabbies after, anyone care to join me in this very harsh training schedule? It will increase to 8 pints of bitter and a cocktail within a few weeks. :lol:

You'll like Hicks Lodge, the recent racing has carved a really grippy line.

John and I had a good ride this morning an extended Cademan loop, taking about 1.75hrs. Bit slippy but not particularly muddy.
