I'm mainly riding in the Foret du Grimboq just south of Caen, Normandy. Anyone up for it? It's lonely on my own and there are wild boar!

Should be with you. Went for a road ride yesterday and the sciatica seems to have subsided, however got stung on the leg by something horrible (burning sensation and didn't see it) and now my ankle is elephantine :roll:

great ride last night Thanks Rob, had to sort out my puncture as soon as I got home though, and found it was a snake bite :cry:
