Appreciated last night's ride very much.. but I felt so slow :( Can't believe you don't count the pins as you oil them, you'll be telling me next that you don't lube, slacken and tighten the spoke nipples once a month.

Don't you just hate this rain ? :evil: :evil: :(

:lol: hard to believe but I don't remove each ball bearing from the hubs and give them an individual liittle rub and polish and regrease either every week :D

re. slow. Some weeks it's like that. I put it down to biorythms.

You were NOT slow! And you had done the peaks that weekend, Pfennig said he could feel the weekend ride in his legs...

Biorythms then + Peaks + ..... still a good ride.
I've been thinking about the Lincolnshire ride on the 17th. I'd rather ride in the Forest of Dean again, and the travelling is about the same. Anybody fancy doing this ? Endless singletrack Mat.
