I'm out for Wednesday. Came off my bike (outside the house, don't ask) and have done something nasty to my right hand, left hand, right knee, left knee, shoulder, head and spirit.

:cry:

Might come to the pub though :shock:

20 miles of safe riding and my friend stops abruptly by his car parked on the road outside my house, I'm waving to a neighbour :oops: , look round, hit his back wheel, go over the handlebars and land on all fours before rolling over...and I've broken my bell as well as denting my thompson stem...

Not a good end to the ride :?
