Thanks for all your comments guys.

Glad your all better Mat.

The shouting at my bike did not work the mud just laughed at me and stayed where it was, so I got the hose on it and again the mud just laughed and stood its ground, I had to get physical.

I have broken off a tooth from my rear cassette :?

Hey Ed I have just swaped my front forks and found a thorn in both tyres you said as we were climbing from Rob's flat that they looked low on preassure,
