I think I'll give it a miss too. I've had Food Poisoning this week and still feel crap. Lets hope for more luck next week.

Nah, been too busy. Got the builders in at work which doesn't help.

I don't know what the route is like- I've never been before. Will make a change from muddy Thrunton I suppose. Simonside is meeting us in the top street car park near the Co-op at 7:30.
