It was a great Yorkshire day, until my Dad decided to have a heart attack. He was very lucky, got away with a stent fitting and minimal damage to the heart. He is coming back home today. The doctors said he has made a rapid recovery, mainly because he has kept himself fit, cycling.
Just goes to show, you may think you are healthy, but you need to get regular check ups at the doctors, as you have no idea what is going on inside your body.
