Unlucky mate, not a cheep job (clutch) so you'll have to give the burgers/kebabs an parmos a miss this weekend

Hope you get it sorted and it don't cost you an arm an a leg.

No wonder it seemed quiet - I'd been posting in the NW announcement thread! Kiran and I should be there all being well, on route North for a couple of days in the Lakes 8)

Hopefully there'll be some views this time and we won't all need towing home by Saltyman's FatBike!

Yes, there is cafe that does almost anything, even specialist stuff for cyclists, ramblers etc...opposite the town hall in settle centre, they do beans n toast etc....you want the 'market place' to get as near as damn it, that's pretty much the centre! you will see a boots chemist opposite town hall, about 2 shops to the left is the cafe, the name of it i can't remember. free parking on the inner square of market place( as though you are against the town hall itself), then literally 10 second walk to cafe. opening times etc are lost with me. it's on main road, you can't go wrong!

Ahoy there mehearties! Providing my big toenail doesn't turn black and drop off (I dropped an Evac chair on my foot at work) I'll be there. Mindful of the wierd mechanicals we've had on recent rides I've packed a spare tyre, duct tape and my not yet fitted crank extraction bolts.
The cafe is the oddly named "Ye Olde Naked Man" isn't it? A favourite of my Mum and Dads.
I see an early start at ten not ten thirty, due to fading daylight we've had on previous Malham rides. See that, El Ped, early!
