This is my "local loop" to one of my favourite cake shops in the area, its a typical Yorkshire tea room that also sells beer.

Those that have been on this ride know it has a few steep hills but the rewards are well worth the effort, with fantastic vistas and some fun trails.

Here's last years (2012) aftermath..... viewtopic.php?t=190259

And the year before's (2011) aftermath...... viewtopic.php?t=141875

There are toilets and a café on site at Pinchinthorpe visitors centre, also so a small parking charge of £1 (I Think)

I think it's a no from me this year, what with being the Queen Birthday and all that.

Actually because I'll not get a pass to ride two days in a row. :(

That was quick Matthew, 2 minutes from my posting

I was hovering in the background waiting Vern, got to get things on the calender as soon as poss or the missus will stick something on there herself . Just coincidence really .

I plan to be riding a BMBO around Cropton, orienteering on a bike. I've missed 3 of the past one in places near me as thongs have come up.

Of course I'm not ruling it out as it's a great ride certainly a ride anyone wanting to get out and try a bit of retrobiking should try and get to :)

If you can't make the cake run, then good luck with the BMBO ;)
