Engineering/machinists near Hull?

Having searched for opinions on how to remove a stuck seat post:

I think the best option sounds like getting it machined out (fun as the caustic soda sounds). Does anyone know where in the Hull/East Riding area I might be able to get this done?

I'll have a bit of a search, but if anyone has any suggestions they'd be appreciated.

Thanks for the offer, but having taken it a few places (including a college!) and being told they couldn't get it out as easily as they thought they would be able to I went down the caustic soda route:
