2000 Marin palisades trail Karma

Well I bumped into old mate of mine in the pub on Christmas day and we got talking about mountain bikes, He is into his modern full sussers, He said to me I have an old marin in the shed that you can have plus a Gt rts 2 and some brand new six six one and dainese body armor, at the time I thought it was the beer talking but to my surprise I got a phone call today to come and collect the Marin and the body armor then my mate said is it too much trouble to come back for the GT tomorrow " no I replied politely see you tomorrow my friend"

I like the frame on the marin but you can see just how much manufacturers had started to skimp on the quality of the components, besides the frame is slightly too big for me

Cant wait to collect the GT that will be worth the wait

Where's this RTS then?! Just visited a fantastic looking restored Karma GT...

The Gt is sat in my mates shed, I keep asking about collecting it but don't want to pester him two much, I have to play the waiting game as the guy is always stoned or in the pub, must admit it's doing my head in but If I keep asking all the time He may start to wonder why I am so keen (desperate) to get my hands on it, the other night I dreamed that I had the bike at home, if our lass knew that she would probably leave me

The blue GT frame forgot all about that, looking forward to seeing it

EP... This is gospel truth (bearing in mind todays date), but I had a bike related dream last night...

Woke up (in my dream) to see out of the window that garage was wide open and the light on... four or five heavies were taking my fleet out of the garage and putting them on trailers. I went outside to remonstrate but just ended up with a bit of a kicking and ended up helping to load the trailers...

Heavies jumped in a car with about five trailers attached in sequence behind it... As it was about to drive off, I had the presence of mind to disconnect the last two trailers, (one of which had my Dekerf on, the other my Pace...)

Felt pretty pleased that I'd saved these, as the car sped off. I took them in the house and phoned the Police... a few minutes later there was a knock at the door and Noel Edmonds had arrived to investigate the theft...

How bizarre is that!

I realise I may need some sort of help...

Ringo you are not alone, maybe we need a sub section on the forum to deal with these kind of dreams, I wonder if Noel Edmond's will be the moderator
