------

So I would like a ride to start at Welton on the Sunday.
This coincides fantastically with the Cycle Jumble at South Hunsley school
http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=115708
, down the road from the usual ride start point a 12 min walk
http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&sourc ... 8&t=h&z=16
You can then have a chat to old Ned ;)

So there you go, I'll throw this out there

SatNav : HU15 1PE
Dale Road, Welton

Be there from 9:30am with the aim to ponder down to the jumble at 10am
Starting the ride hopefully no later than 11:00am (earlier if everyone is there we know about)

PM : Me or Chrisv40 for phone numbers in case of any problem on route.

It shouldn't be a difficult ride and we can cut it short if time is getting on.

There are a few heading back to the cars at around 1:00-ish iirc , which is when the 'last hill' part are done ;)

One when i'm not working. I'm in. Bring your camera so I can get one of those little "retrobike rider" boxes under my name.

Fluffychicken pretty much always has his camera on rides, much to my embarrassment...

Is there not already a thread for this ride? Let me know if it's a goer this time and I will sticky it.

I edited the google maps link above
Start point is usually A and B is the Cycle Jumble.

No idea what the other link was doing

Well no as the other one was due for September but looks likely to slip till winter now.

This is a spare of the moment, coincide with an old bike jumble sort of ride :)

Route unknown as of yet etc...
I do have a 29miler from that start point though, but I know 4 people on here so far will be knackered after the first 7 to 9 miles of it :s

EDIT
Since I've been asked, this is the 29/30 mile route. BUT I just throw it out there and Chris knows the Newbald section well and I know he had some plans around there, by well I mean he chatted about it.
No1 is not the start, so ignore it.
I already know some bit from Walkington to Skidby I would alter. if we come back that way.
Would like to see ideas of the newbald area though ? anyone know the tracks there ?

Where's the 29 miler Ben?

Work allowing I'm in as well :)

Work! If you cannot get out, we'll all ride down the road and pretend to come and buy thing
Oh I edited above to give you the overview. Still think we'll be wanting to come back after 10 miles in though if we're up to our current cycling form
