Im from preston in lancs.
Just getting back into mtb after a long lay off
Been a roadie most my time but had a foray to the dark side
When i bought my first mtb in the early nineties a khs montana descent.
After perusing the forums i decided to attempt a retro mtb build
So ended up finding a khs montana pro frameset on here and all the components
And had a go.
Since then i have bought a modern hardtail and a older full susser!
And took myself off to gisburn rivington etc for some practice.
I would like to join in a retro ride eventually sometime though if poss
Im not the worlds fastest and im knocking on a bit
My skills are a bit rusty to say the least but i enjoy having a go
Bowser.

We'll have to do that Rivington loop I sent you sometime, it's a nice route to get back into it and It'll be good to see the KHS.

Sounds good. Was hoping to recce it one day during week when weather allows.
Have some free time on my hands at moment for a change.
but a weekend ride with some company would be good sometime
Let me know if you have any plans
