Anyone who would like to order an RB MM t-shirt please let me know asap.
I can't tell you too much about the design except that it will have an Olympic theme.

Sizing info here: --> http://www.asapshirt.com/t-shirt_sizechart.htm

I rode to the pub on Friday night, had a couple of beers and then rode home again in the dark.
All off road, so a pretty realistic training regime really.

Excellent, good to hear. I'm currently practicing riding as a 1.25 member, using 3 legs, if all the grannys can do this then we'll have our 4 man team.

Some last minute training began today with a ride out from ST Ives to Penzance, Newlyn and Mousehole and back this morning before breakfast
