Saturday morning ride

Anyone fancy one? Thinking Macc, Peaks, Hope/Edale, Ladybower perhaps, it's all good stuff!

Need to either be home (Manc) or at friends (blocking their shower with mud!) in New Mills fairly early in the afternoon, so would have to be an earlyish start and nothing too epic!

Why don't you show ped round Roman lakes or Mottram moor, There both easy road access to Manchester. Or set off from yours and over the Low to Compstall, Then to Roman Lakes and back via the canal ??

just had the all clear for sat morn pete , do you fancy romanlakes(they have a cafe ish type shop) ? or like my good friend kaya says we have many local bimbles from my house(i have a kettle and a hosepipe)

Id love to ride with you BUT I'm 2+hours away on the east coast :roll: I'm sure Lee will show you some of my old trails

and don't forget to take some pics, have a goodun and remember keep you rubber on the ground

that sounds fine pete, if anybody else is interested its about 12ish mls from geecross(my house) over wernethlow and down to compstall

(the gulley)

then over to romanlakes for a quick lap and brew

then a climb back to peakforest canal and back to GX. sorry no trains :roll:
but i have 2 springer spaniels that are very entertaining

p.s verns defector now he's joined si on the dark side
