How-do all. A few months back I bought myself a pair of Answer Hyperends (the 'Guardian' type). They had been sat in the shop in a box for 12 odd years and are in lovely unused condition. The problem is they came without the wedge-to-grip-assembly piece. With my 'retro-loveliness' goggles on I saw past this thinking I'd be able to pick one up separatley...!

After a lot of looking though this has not been the case!

So...

Does anyone have either:

1. the wedge piece
2. a really knackered old pair of hyperends which I could buy for the wedge-only (ie. I'll buy the bar-ends off you but you can keep / chuck the grips and just post me the wedge)

Long shot I know but any help would be appreciated!

Do you have the expanding sleeve part, and are just after a wedge or do you need that part too?

It's something i could have a look at making after what i'm doing now.

Hi B3,

I have nothing at all other than the bar-ends themselves unfortunately. The bit I'm after looks like so:

I don't even have the bolts...!

Cheers.

That's no problem, just a bit more work involved, if you don't get lucky, drop me a pm, and we'll get something sorted.
