Standard 6 bolt 160mm disc brake rotor

I just measured it and the old one is actually 163mm - does that make it a 165 or a 160?
I can't go any larger than what's already in there so don't want to risk a 165 if it isn't that...??? The old one is knackered which is want to replace it.
Anybody any ideas?
