Do you know the ones I'm on about? I once saw a roast polished with white and fluorescent green transfers it looked the tits and as it goes there bird in a bikini straddling it in the advert and it had a bmx crank on it.

Think you mean photoluminescent , basically it glows in the dark...

It’s horrible stuff to work with as it’s quite thick but would be ok for the main downtube decals, not cheap though
