Yeah 18" would be about right unless you've got short legs for your height.

I've got an 18" red ano RC200 F7 I might be persuaded to sell ;)
It's got v-brake posts & rear disc tab & takes 1 1/8" fork, or are you looking for an older model with rear canti hanger?

My LBS is selling one for a customer he wants £700 for it! I dunno how much they're worth. I could make an offer for you?
 
going rate is tricky, i Wouldnt part with mine for less than a couple of grand...but no one would give me that for it.
