broken dia compe headset Please help!!!!

I have a dia compe headset on my kilauea.

the only problem is that the angled spacer that sits inside the top race is broken. Its the one that packs inside the headset. dont really know how to describe it

does anyone have one or a broken headset they dont need.....

as you can see there is a gap between the internal edge of the headset and the external edge of the steerer.

There should be an angled wedge in between to keep them closer to each other

I think I have what you need, but....

You really should just get a new headset, it's not worth all the heartache finding the bits to find out that the bearings / races are shot anyway.

Send me your address and I'll send you the bits for free if you decide to try to fix your existing HS.
