Pretty sure I may have just the thing. Let me have a hunt around. I bought an Orange X1 that cam with the shim but no seatpost. Eventually I found a seatpost on ebay that also came with the shim, so somewhere I should have the spare.
Just so you know though, the original shim would have been to fit a 26.8mm post into a 29.4mm tube I think!

SEATPOST SHIM
i have a shim that that converts 27.2-29.4.in black aluminium,weighs nowt.
reading between the lines its o.2 of a mill' short of your needs.
if you think it will sort your problem send a pm.
