Those are Ringle Bubba Hubz mate, early nineties.......... have a look here for more info........

On the rear hub in the photo, the aluminium collar has been fitted the wrong way around on the non drive side by the way...... slide it off and you'll see that the thicker end of the cone is knurled to grip the frame.....
