I've got an odyssey 1" quill stem spare with cable stop and cam/action wheel for the brake cable. Its about 125mm long. Bought on here not long ago. The section that goes into the head tube/fork steerer is a bit tatty but otherwise its ok. pm me if you want it, for say £10 posted.
If anyone out there has a 100m long or shorter 1" stem (quill or aheadset either is fine) that has the cantilever brake routing, please contact me as I need one !
