XTR M95X bottom bracket for GT RTS-1

Having recently purchased a set of XTR M951 cranks from courdroyboy here on retrobike, I now need to get a matching bottom bracket so that I can fit these bad boys to my RTS-1 and get rid of that horrible, shiny new XTR crankset I currently have fitted. Can anyone help me out? I'm also not sure what size BB I will need, so any advice gratefully received.
