Want a 16-18" (depends on geometry and head tube length) frame(set) with either dedicated s/s drop outs or old horizontals at least 1.5" long. For short rigids so likely quite old.
After a c. 10 years of fixed-for-winter 700c wheelers I gave in to age and sold all my stuff earlier this year. I miss it. So better build another for canal paths and bad weather.
Anything considered - fair price paid but budget won't run to exotica!
