Ok,

Upon stripping down the rear end of the Balance 450 i just bought,

I was right to suspect that the rear end is seized sold, halfway through tidying it up , but the elastomers look like they are way WAY past their best

Does anyone have any or know where i could get some??

Then i will need to get round to doing the Manitou mach 5's next

That arrangement looks very similar to the early Judy forks, you will need to let us know the dimensions of the elastomers to know for sure if you can use others.

from memory (and this is a LONG time ago) they dont look massively dissimilar to my old Mach 5 elastomers

if you can get the mach 5 elastomers out it might be worth a look?
