Help finding a cheap bicycle

Dear friends

My sister is living in Manchester (Middleton) and is in need of a cheap bicycle for commuting.

Can anyone help? There´s no need to be a MTB, any town bike will work.

what size are you after? have a 16" raliegh pioneer? £50 posted. will need a service( new cables, and a new tube should do it)

She´s pretty small (5`2" tall), maybe it will fit. Any pics?

She doesn´t even need gears, since the terrain in Middleton is flat. A no-frills, lo maintenance bike is welcome.

Chriss667 and thegrandfromage both have town type bikes for sale,LGF's is a rudge folder,so she could store it easier

on further inspection £50 may be a bit steep so say £40 incl posting?
