Needs to be either 100/110/115mm, Black, 1 1/8" Ahead, 0 Degree, 25.4 bar size.
Also must be front loading or hinged to allow fitting of risers.

What do you have?

I have a black Kore stem which is 110 - 120mm (need to measure it) that would meet your needs. £8 posted if you fancy a cheapo alternative...;)

Edit - not sure of rise but is probably c. 5 degrees.
