Oooh so close, I have a NOS boxed 135mm x 0 rise Control Tech USA Aheadstem... but it's 1" steerer, archived for the Fat Chance :)
 
I've got this one which is used but back in the original box. It has a few minor scuffs but it's in pretty good condition. I'd it let go for £22 posted.

Is the condition of the decal just as good on the other side?
