16/17" steel frame - 1" headtube - cheap!

Im after a 16 or 17" steel MTB frame, and maybe forks, with a 1" headtube, in any condition as it will be resprayed, for not much money.

What have you?
 
orange71 has a nice and cheap 17" Rockhopper for sale, and that needs fresh paint ;)
