1998 kona kilauea 19" or 20"

as above realy one of these, preferably frame only in a 19 or 20

spotted but just too small, I'm 6'2 so it needs to be a 19 or 20

the hunt continues, would definatley prefer a 98 too, reynolds as opposed to columbus
 
how long is the tope tube (actual and virtual) just feel it's going to be too small if it's less than 23 inches

and the other question, is it for sale and for how much :?
 
actual 22.25" & effective 23"

was gonna get it resprayed, but if your interested make me an offer.... no idea what it's worth though.
