Syncros stem quill swap?

Have this 1" quill 1993 era Syncros 130mm no rise stem - looking to swap for the same with a cable hanger? I really don't like the look of the removable hanger on this so looking to get an integrated Syncros.

Afraid I don’t have a Syncros stem to swap but I’d swap you a Ti Merlin with a Syncros stem and RC35 needing no stem hanger
