I’m not sure but i’m 5’6 if that helps , I want it for a winter training road bike so the lighter the better ! Cheers Russ

You'll be needing a smaller frame then. Btw this is a For Sale thread so you should swap it out for the Wanted section.

thought Cinder Cone and Lave Dome were same frame!?
 
Makr, you're right according to catalogue so maybe it was just my recollection of it.
The Lava Dome I owned at one point felt like a real hefer and I instantly wanted to get shot of it.

The Cindercone I've recently obtained has been a bit of an eye opener - I'm surprised at how light it is given they should be both Tange Double Butted frames but there you go.
