Small bike/frame

Having just built my daughter a giant atx which is still too big for her I'd like a smaller bike until she grows into it.
A 14" kona or similar would be perfect but I dont want to spend too much as ive thrown a load of cash at the atx.
Anyone parting with anything suitable?

I've got a couple of options but they owe me a fair bit. A very small orange clockwork, and an alpine stars cro mega t560 (I think). Either float your boat?

Both float my boat very much indeed but unfortunately they will be way out of budget, the alpinestars would be perfect given my fetish for them.
