WTD: Various forks for a high end build

Hi chaps,

I'm attempting to source the following.

Manitou 2 fork with 1 1/4 threaded steerer

Project 2 threaded for a 18" Kona

Mag 21 1 1/8th threaded for the above.

Unthreaded though, so would need threading. Cheaper than listed there though.

Its for a 1993 era Hot 18"

Also needed are:

1 1/8th quill Syncros stem in black
Kona seat cable router (for steel frame)
