Save me from ridicule: Wanted XTR M950 Derailleurs F & R

Evening chaps,

Please help me avoid the accusation that I'm going 'hipster' by afixing an SS set up on my build.

with this in mind, can anyone relieve my pain by liberating either an XTR M950 rear and/or front from their spares box.

Thanks,

H.

Re:

Troje in the Netherlands has a big xtr sale going on iirc

Maybe look it up. Anything but hipster! You'll be growing a beard, getting tats and wearing jeans that are far too tight.
You have been warned ;)

A new dawn brings comparison: XT M739 or XTR 900/901 needed...

Thanks for the intel chaps, it is much appreciated. I've just returned from the man cave and arrived at a new conclusion - bear with...

Wear on the seat tube, whilst I like patina, could do with covering up by the front derailleur band. Guess what, it's too high for the top pull M950. This means I'll need to consider either an XT M739 or XTR M901. The thing is which one to go for? I'm going for a black build, namely black SS5 levers, 987 cantis and Middleburn RS2 thus far. I like the polished finish of both of these mechs but which to use. Cost is a consideration, but I wouldn't rule out either option. NB shifting is courtesy of some XT thumbies.

Any insight, comment and offers gratefully received. H.
