I do have a pair of Mavic 28h rims from around 1996ish NOS still wrapped. They are black with machined side walls. Not he same as your 230TIB though.

I'll check once home tomorrow from m business travels. They are carefully boxed in storage. I'll get them out to see what variant they are just in case
