Small size frame (13")

Hi, I need a small size steel frame. Ideally the smallest I can get for 26inch or even 24" wheels. 13", maybe 14" measured c-t. For a kids bike project.

Slightly larger than you wanted but I've got a 16" KHS Montana Pro frame if that's any use?

Thanks, but 16" is too big. I'sure that yeti isn't steel :) what size is it? I'm only after the frame with or without forks.
