Ideally I need 1 1/4" but a headset reducer or a replacement 1 1/4" crown and steerer tube may be an option. Do you have a pic or two of the fork and to confirm, you have 1 1/8" only, correct?

I have a 1.1/4" crown I think, just need to check the steerer length (it's a short one, came with a 16 or 18 inch frame).

Nope, just checked... crown is 1.1/8" threaded (and quite short). No 1.1/4" sorry
